About this service:
The Nepean Youth Drug & Alcohol Service (NYDAS) is a service for young people. NYDAS works within a holistic model of care to address a range of issues for young people related to their alcohol and other drug use. NYDAS is a specialist service that works in a way which is flexible to meet the access needs of young people.
- Alcohol and other drugs assessment
- Case-management of young people
- Alcohol and other drug counselling and psychological services
- Access to medical services
- Inpatient and outpatient detoxification services
- Opioid treatment services
- Consultation and liaison with service providers
- Access to information and education
- Referral to, and collaboration with other health and community services.
