About this service:
The Nepean Youth Drug & Alcohol Service (NYDAS) is a service for young people. NYDAS works within a holistic model of care to address a range of issues for young people related to their alcohol and other drug use. NYDAS is a specialist service that works in a way which is flexible to meet the access needs of young people.

  • Alcohol and other drugs assessment

  • Case-management of young people

  • Alcohol and other drug counselling and psychological services

  • Access to medical services

  • Inpatient and outpatient detoxification services

  • Opioid treatment services

  • Consultation and liaison with service providers

  • Access to information and education

  • Referral to, and collaboration with other health and community services.
