It sure does hurt when you get kicked in the balls (testicles/goolies/whatever you like to call them!). I'm not sure if this incident has anything to do with your nipples hurting though. It's not possible for me to tell this without seeing you. So, to put your mind at ease and to make sure that you're okay, perhaps you could visit a confidential, youth-friendly health service near you to make sure that your nipples are fine and to see why they're hurting.
