Lingerie is a term used for a type women's underwear and sleepwear, which is designed to look appealing (e.g. sexy). This is opposed to underwear that is more practical or functional.

Men can wear underwear that is designed to be attractive however it's called not usually called lingerie. That being said, there is an emerging market of men's lingerie, which is basically women's lingerie tailored to fit men.

Humans are very visual creatures and it's normal to be aroused when looking at models wearing lingerie. Your taste in terms of what turns you on can change over time.

In answer to your last question, yes women can pee standing up, though it can be a lot messier than when men do it. Women are really designed to pee squatting or sitting, however some women may be able to pee standing up with their legs apart and pelvis forward. In some countries women use a cone-shaped piece of disposable paper which can funnel their pee in a single stream so they can pee standing up public toilets.
