It's a bit hard to tell from what you say exactly what happened for you. However, it's certainly possible for guys to ejaculate without having an orgasm. This may happen as a one off, just occasionally or frequently. This is more likely what happened than that you pissed inside her.
Orgasm and ejaculation are not the same thing and it's possible to have one without the other. Sometimes the peak pleasurable feelings that come with sex might come before ejaculation and not with it.
