Is it impossible to reach orgasm if you are a virgin?
I'm a 14, soon 15, year old virgin girl and I look at porn. I do prefer looking at younger girls getting raped by older men. I have done that a couple of times a week in almost a year now, and I really like masturbating to that. I can't see nothing wrong with that. As long as you can see the difference between real and fake.
I get a bit wet and really like the feeling when I rub myself. Then I come to a point when I just need to rub myself harder and feel like a rush in my body. And here comes the problem. I just start shivering and shaking and can't continue to masturbate! Even if I don't start rubbing myself harder and pull my hand away for some seconds I shake when start rubbing again. Whatever I do I start shaking like crazy if I continue. I have never reached an orgasm.
I had read that if that shaking happens, you might not be relaxed in your body, or are forgetting to breathe, but I don't. Is it impossible to reach orgasm if you are a virgin? Anybody help?
Hi and thanks for your question. It's definitely possible to have an orgasm when you are a virgin.
Many women and girls are often more likely to achieve orgasm during masturbation than they are during sex with a partner. This is mainly because they know their own body and how to touch themselves in a way that feels good. For many women, stimulation of the clitoris is necessary to achieve orgasm and this can easily be done through masturbation.
Rape is not an uncommon fantasy for women. It's very important to know that this doesn't mean in any way that the woman having the fantasy would actually want to be raped. Sometimes it's the excitement of imagining the forbidden or taboo that is a turn on for people.
With the shaking you are experiencing, you are right this does happen for some people. During arousal (the stage when your body is responding to stimulation and becoming sexually turned on or excited) there are a lot of physical changes that happen. These changes include increased breathing rate, heart rate and blood pressure, dilated blood vessels and tense muscles. For some people the increase in muscle tension can cause involuntary shaking.
It might help to make sure you are lying down so your body is resting, and yes it might help to try to keep breathing. Try to breathe from your tummy rather than your chest.
You might also want to try some muscle relaxation exercises when you are not masturbating so that you can learn to relax your muscles more easily. To do this, lie comfortably then take some deep slow breaths. Focusing on one part of your body at a time, tense the muscles for a few seconds then relax them completely. Start on one side, say with one hand/arm, then move down your chest, tummy, leg and foot, then move up the other side, and then finally to your face.
This is called progressive muscle relaxation and is good for stress as well as to learn and control muscle tension. You would need to practice this for a while so you become good at it before you try to relax your muscles when you start shaking during masturbation.
Hope this helps. All the best and take care.
