Hi I am 17 years old. Recently I got into a relationship with a guy. We didn't have sexual intercourse, oral or anal, just kissing and touching but he did finger me. I have heard you can get pregnant from this if somehow there was sperm on his finger.
I am very worried about this. My nipples have increased in size I am not sure if this is because he likes to suck on them and touch them or because i might be pregnant. Also my discharge has increased slightly. Is there a chance my nipples will return back to their normal size?

Fingering is safe in that it's easy to make sure that the guy doesn't have sperm on his fingers. So you are very unlikely to be pregnant.
What is probably happening is that because you are anxious and wondering about this, you are noticing changes that can happen normally and are focusing on them.
I wouldn't worry unless your period is overdue. Even if it is late, that can happen because young women's cycles are erratic and can be late because you're worried! If your period is really late, you can do a urine pregnancy test (available from chemists) to reassure yourself.
Talk to your boyfriend about him being careful if he is touching his erect penis and then touching inside you. Or you can touch him while he focuses on you.
But also if you are getting close to having intercourse, you do need to get organised about condoms and contraception. Clearly you don't want to get pregnant yet and being careful is your best protection. Look after yourself!
