Q.
My boobs hurt at the bottom...underneath. What duz that mean?
A.

Hi there, it is normal for breasts to be very tender when they first start to develop. Because the skin is stretching, it may also itch. Usually the pain and itching last less than a year even though your breasts will continue to grow over five to six years. This may explain why you are finding that you breasts hurt.

Of course there are many other possible causes for sore breasts including pregnancy, fibrocystic breast condition, hormonal imbalance, among other reasons. If you are concerned, see your doctor, who will be take a more detailed history from you and will be able to give an actual diagnosis and advice.

I think it is important that you also have a properly fitting supportive bra. Lingerie shops will have staff who can measure and fit you for a bra and give you advice on purchasing a supportive bra. Take care.
