Maybe: apart from getting overheated or taking too much water on board (which can swell the brain and lead to death), the greatest danger in taking ecstasy comes from using it while you have other drugs in your system.

Antibiotics are mostly not an issue (although ecstasy can prevent some of them from working) but bronchitis mixtures often contain substances which interact dangerously with ecstasy and other amphetamines, and so do steroids. The biggest dangers are of strokes and heart blood pressure problems.
