Free and low-cost health information resources for young people
(not just about you!)

We know that you don't always want to read stuff online—sometimes it's good to have a hard copy to read, watch or listen to in your own time.

We've found all the health info we could find that's for young people and is available in formats other than just online (e.g. brochures, fact sheets, MP3s, DVDs). Most of it's free, but if it's not, it's cheap. We hope this page is handy for when you need health info for school assignments, as well for as just reading up on health stuff in general.
